The Maryland Legislative Coalition's Climate Justice Wing, ShoreRivers, and the Lower Eastern Shore Sierra Club are excited to invite you back for a 7th year of the state's largest online pre-session legislative briefing on climate, water quality, and environmental bills. Taking place January 10th-11th, 2026 from 1-5 pm, the Legislative Summit for Climate and Environment is the most comprehensive preview of upcoming legislative priorities.
2026 Agenda At a Glance
Hear directly from Senators and Delegates from the General Assembly, alongside advocates supporting their bills. Last year, over 400 participants heard from more than 32 lawmakers and NGOs. View the 2025 Summit recap here.

Do I need a separate ticket for Day 2?
No. You only have to ‘purchase’ one ticket that is good for both days. Tickets are free.
Will captions be provided?
Yes. Closed Captions will be available.
What time is the Summit each day?
The Summit runs from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm each day.
How do I get the Zoom link for the Summit?
You will receive multiple emails from Eventbrite with the link, the agenda, and other useful information. Look for those emails in your Spam folder if you don’t see one each day.
Will I get all the Summit materials?
Yes. We will send you a follow up email with the slides and the video. Additionally, all materials will be on our website within the week after the Summit.
