The Maryland Legislative Coalition’s Climate Justice Wing, along with the Lower Eastern Shore Sierra Club, ShoreRivers organize the state’s largest annual pre-session legislative briefing on climate, water quality, and environmental bills. The Legislative Summit for Climate and Environment is the most comprehensive preview of upcoming legislative priorities. With around 20 Senators and Delegates presenting details about their bills, as well as special guest speakers on critical environmental topics, and state agency legislative specialists, the Summit is a highly attended briefing.
